Patrick Pfeiffer.
Patrick brings 15+ years of international real estate investment experience across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. His expertise spans value-creation strategies, asset turnarounds and contrarian investment.
At 4 MORE he leads the sourcing and structuring of complex transactions, known for rigorous analysis, meticulous attention to detail and strong investor relationships. He combines disciplined underwriting with hands-on operational management, with deep experience in distressed asset recovery, ESG integration and long-term value creation.
We navigate turnaround challenges by analysing data, setting clear goals, and executing through effective process management, always keeping our partners' interests front of mind.
